I just? began my studying of Tapping because of Kevin Trudeaus suggestions. This is the first tapping sequence that I have ever done, but I dont understand the entirety of what Tapping really is. However, I am pretty calm right now.

I have an issue I’m not sure if this will work for this issue but every time I have an intimate thought about my lover…..he? turns into my father in my head and then I get very sick at the site of it and block it out of my head..and I just want to be able to think intimately about my lover without this issue. Do you think this form of therapy would work for me?

The tapping is effective, better to treat stress and anxiety with this type? of therapy than with drugs.
The volume is too low on the video.
